CNC machinist can calculate feedrate for outside arcs using this formula:

Fo = Fl * (R + r) / R;

where
Fo - Feedrate for outside arc,
Fl - Linear feedrate,
R - Outside radius on the part,
r - Cutter radius.

To calculate the feedrate for outside arc enter the linear feedrate, outside radius on the part, cutter radius and click the CALCULATE button.

The program will calculate the feedrate for outside arc.
